2024 U.S. Presidential Election
The 2024 United States presidential election will be held on Tuesday, November 5, 2024. The Electoral College, a body of 538 electors allocated to each state based on its population, determines the winner of the Presidential Election. The candidate who receives a majority of the electoral votes (270 or more) becomes the President-elect and will be sworn in and take office on January 20, 2025.
